Wayne W. Beaubien/Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Chairman of the Board of e-destinACCESS Inc.
Wayne W. Beaubien, has 20 years experience of automating Destination Management services. Through his own personal experience as a DMC, destin™ was conceived as a matter of necessity. Automating and streamlining meeting management with technology is a mission of the organization. After operating a successful DMC for more than 12 years Wayne took a managerial position with a major staffing firm in Phoenix as a consultant for a personal friend at the time. That operation went from doing $6 million annually to more that $10 million in just over one year. Wayne was then recruited by an S&P 500 staffing firm, Robert Half International, in San Francisco, where he quickly had them recognizing the importance of technology taking the firm into the technological era that included email and having the internet on every desktop.
During his tenure he was recognized as a driving force behind not only technology, but for his managerial style which had his teams with the lowest turnover in the organization. His last position with that firm was that of a District President running a $280 million operation that was always on top of the performance charts.
After exploring a couple of opportunities to develop underperforming staffing firms Wayne decided to return to his passion as the timing was right with technological advances to make destin™ an on-line product to operate dmc’s.

Principal Natalie Elder has initiated a variety of instructional programs and strategies at Hardy Elementary School in Chattanooga that have resulted in extraordinary academic gains among her students. Ms. Elder led the school in becoming the only campus in the county with a year-round calendar and implemented a Reading for Accuracy Program designed to accelerate the learning curve of low-achieving students. She also implemented a Saturday Writing Academy for fourth and fifth graders, as well as early-bird and after-school tutorial programs. In 2005, the school achieved the highest academic gains in math and social studies among elementary schools in the entire state. Ms. Elder has presented her instructional strategies locally, regionally and nationwide. The school's success under Ms. Elder's leadership led to its being featured in a statewide commercial to recruit teachers for Tennessee schools, and Ms. Elder herself has been interviewed on public television and featured in publications such as Education Week. With such demonstrated excellence in school leadership, Ms. Elder deserves all the press she can get.
